Interesting that the online Houston Chronicle only allows selective article access without a paid subscription, but will send cell phone notifications for free.  The links in the notifications, therefore, likely lead to an article that can't be read without a fee.

After all the government surveillance information (that was suspected, but now is confirmed) recently, I'm not particularly interested in a Social Security card with a smart chip in it.  Sales of radio blocking wallets should be going up.
