Went to a McDonald's today, addressing previous post. It was one of the new ones with electronic ordering. Ordered a $1 cup of regular coffee. No apparent way to order a senior coffee, which would have been 65 cents. Had to pick up a table tent and enter its number in the order system, in spite of the fact that a table tent wasn't necessary. Put the order tent back on the rack. Didn't want to pay with a credit card, so waited in line to pay at the cash register. Got another order number from the guy running the cash register. A little display screen showed my new order number as being served, above the counter for order pick up. My number disappeared. I waited a little longer, then noticed a cup of coffee sitting behind the counter. I asked an employee walking by if it was mine and showed him my little order receipt. He couldn't speak English, but handed me the coffee. Time from walk in until coffee in hand was almost 15 minutes. Coffee was pretty much the same as as I could get in 3 minutes at a full service McD's. #notimpressed.
