Sincerely needs an express line - a "nothin' but pourin' line. I walk in there of a morning, and end up in line behind 4 to 6 people, with most asking for some double frappo crappo something, with steamed milk and whipped cream, on ice, with a pinch of nutmeg. I want a tall medium with no cream.
Lately, when the line is longer than 3 waiting, I just leave.
